Your Pay — Explained

Your pay, explained

Two parts: a fixed salary that never changes, plus a bonus for every sale you make. Here is exactly how it works.

1

Your fixed salary

You get this every month no matter what. Good month, slow month, it does not change.

₱25,000
every month · ₱50,000 for each two-month pay period
2

Your bonus for selling

On top of your salary. Every time you sell one of these and the client pays, you earn the amount shown.

The one thing to remember: an Audit pays almost 3× an app install, and a Growth Sprint pays 14× one. The app is the easy sale. The Audit is where the money is — always try to turn an app conversation into an Audit conversation.

Three real examples

A quiet start — your first two months
2 app installs + 1 Audit = ₱2,900 bonus. But the starting guarantee lifts it to ₱6,000.

When you get paid

Salary plus bonus together, once every two months.

Your first four months are protected. For your first two pay periods, if your bonus adds up to less than ₱6,000, you get ₱6,000 anyway. It takes time to get your first sales, and you should not lose out while you learn.

Four rules

  • Put everything in HubSpot. If a deal is not logged there with your name on it, it cannot be paid. This is the most important habit in the job.
  • The client has to actually pay. A signed deal that has not been paid yet rolls into your next period. Nothing is lost, just delayed.
  • Ask Maria before discounting anything. If a discount is not approved in writing, that deal earns no bonus.
  • Clients we already have belong to the Account Manager. Unless you found the opportunity yourself and logged it first.

This gets reviewed at six months

These numbers were set before anyone had done the job, so some will be wrong. After three pay periods we sit down, look at what actually happened, and adjust. If you are producing, the rates go up. Ask about it — it is a planned conversation, not an awkward one.

Boko Digital Solutions · Amounts are fixed in pesos, set at ₱38 to the Australian dollar. If the exchange rate moves more than about 10%, they get revisited. Any questions at all, ask Maria — there are no silly ones.
