They help HR leaders and L&D (Learning & Development) managers turn “training expenses” into “strategic performance.” By focusing on maturity frameworks, they ensure that a company’s investment in its people translates into measurable business growth.
To create a true “Sales Machine” for Osadía Lab, Boko Digital developed a synchronized automation engine utilizing AimFox to scale LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation. We architected a conversion-driven landing page funnel that serves as the seamless connector between automated outreach and a high-efficiency HubSpot CRM pipeline. By replacing time-intensive manual tasks with a robust technical backbone, the system moves prospects from high-value Lead Magnets into automated CRM workflows, turning professional contacts into active strategic partners.


Challenge
Osadía Lab’s manual LinkedIn outreach was too time-intensive to sustain lead generation, often failing to prove immediate value to high-level HR directors. This reliance on manual tasks created “leaky” funnels with zero visibility into connection performance or diagnostic data. The goal was to eliminate this operational drag by building a “Sales Machine” that uses AimFox and HubSpot to automate the entire journey from the first touchpoint to the final contract.
The Goal: Automate LinkedIn outreach via AimFox and create a full-funnel machine integrated with HubSpot to handle the journey from the first connection to the final contract signature.
Solution
Automated B2B Outreach (AimFox + LinkedIn)
We scaled cold outreach to an initial 250 high-level contacts using AimFox to ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Strategic Outreach Execution:
- A/B Tested Strategies: We utilized two distinct connection strategies, comparing a professional Benchmarking approach against a personal Problem/Solution approach focused on ROI pain points.
- Natural Interaction: To maximize acceptance rates, the automated sequence begins with a blank connection request.
- Optimized Timing: All personalized follow-ups are carefully timed and restricted to strict business hours (Tuesday–Thursday 8:00am–6:00pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm) to simulate manual engagement.
Sophisticated HubSpot CRM Architecture & Automations
We engineered a custom 9-stage B2B pipeline that synchronized AimFox activity with HubSpot workflows to manage the lead journey with precision.
The Automated Lead Journey:
- Stage 1: First Contact: Triggered the moment a LinkedIn connection request is accepted via AimFox. The contact is automatically synced to HubSpot and assigned to the first stage of the pipeline.
- Stage 2: Interest Detected: This phase begins when the prospect clicks through and submits the HubSpot form on the landing page. The system instantly creates a deal, notifies the team, and generates a high-priority task to merge records with existing AimFox contacts.
- Stage 3 & 4: Maturity Routing: After the lead completes the technical evaluation, the team manually assigns an Estado de Madurez (Maturity Status) inside HubSpot. Selecting this value automatically triggers the deal’s movement to the Sesión de Claridad (Clarity Session) stage and alerts the team to send a pre-built meeting invite template.
Conversion-Driven Landing Page
We developed a high-converting landing page built in WordPress with Elementor to serve as the gateway for the entire automation funnel. To maximize lead quality, we replaced generic contact forms with a high-value lead magnet: the Autodiagnóstico de Madurez HR (HR Maturity Self-Diagnosis).

After capturing basic contact details via an integrated HubSpot form, the system automatically redirects leads to Formless to complete their full technical evaluation.
Results
The result is a professional digital presence backed by a high-performance automation engine that has effectively eliminated manual labor. By integrating AimFox and HubSpot, we replaced time-intensive LinkedIn tracking with a synchronized commercial pipeline that provides immediate, automated notifications for lead assignments and status updates.
